Private Advisory gives us permission to work across all of it.

I'm not there to run your business.

And I'm not there to agree with you.

My role is to get close enough to understand what you're trying to do while remaining far enough outside it to see what you might not.

Sometimes that means asking the question nobody else is asking.

Sometimes it means challenging an assumption.

Sometimes it means helping you untangle a complicated decision.

And sometimes you'll simply ask:

My career has never fitted neatly into one discipline.

I've worked across strategy, customer experience, marketing, innovation, digital, transformation, creativity and leadership.

I've built things inside large organisations, advised global brands, coached leaders, launched businesses and spent a lot of time navigating the messy space between the strategy on the page and what actually happens.

That breadth matters here.

Because founders rarely experience problems in neat categories.

A brand problem can actually be a leadership problem.

A growth problem can be a customer problem.

A people problem can be a strategy problem.

And sometimes a business problem isn't really a business problem at all.

My job isn't to arrive with the right department's answer.

It's to help you see the whole thing.
